The general mailing list ‘whap-user’ has been created on SourceForge.

You can Subscribe to the whap-user mailing list by filling out the form on the SourceForge pages.

You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrators.

There is also an email-based interface for users of the list, you can get information about using it by sending a message
with just the word `help’ as subject or in the body.
